Why do you coach? "I love the interaction with young players as they develop skills and cultivate a passion for this game. Volleyball is a unique sport, very much reliant on the "team" dynamic to be successful. Watching these athletes mature as both players and individuals while learning to rely on one another brings great rewards on and off the court."
Best advice given? "Competitive sports are played mainly on a five-and-a-half-inch court, the space between your ears."
